АСОУП core
In development

ASOUP core is a modern digital platform for railway transportation management and comprehensive automation of key industry business processes.
The solution is being developed as a new-generation railway-level transportation management system while maintaining compatibility with the enterprise’s existing IT ecosystem, enabling phased implementation without interrupting operational processes.

The system combines transportation management, wagon and locomotive fleet management, electronic documents, analytics, and inter-system interaction within a single scalable environment. It supports extensive integration capabilities, including data received from railway infrastructure systems. ASOUP core is designed as a technological foundation for the digital transformation of railways and support of modern international data exchange standards.

ASOUP core is a new stage in railway digitalization
  • Open data access, flexible system configuration, and absence of vendor lock-in
  • Support for both traditional and modern interaction standards
  • Microservice architecture and a modular approach enable phased implementation and system evolution
  • The system identifies potential issues and warns about failure risks before they occur
  • Readiness for integration with external systems and support for international data exchange standards
  • Use of open-source technologies for scalable and secure operation
1 /
How does ASOUP core differ from ASOUP-1?
ASOUP core significantly expands the functionality of the classic ASOUP-1 system and provides automation and information support for all key railway business processes.
2 /
How compatible is ASOUP core with existing systems?
ASOUP core maintains compatibility with the messaging system and operational logic of ASOUP-1, significantly simplifying integration with existing railway information systems. At the same time, the platform supports modern data exchange standards and formats, including XML and JSON.
3 /
Can the system be implemented without interrupting current operations?
Yes. ASOUP core supports phased implementation and integration without disrupting existing operational and production processes. For organizations already using ASOUP-1, compatibility with the existing messaging system and operational logic further simplifies migration to the new platform.
4 /
What does the absence of vendor lock-in mean?
The customer has full control over the system and data. Open architecture, direct data access, the use of an open-source technology stack, and the ability to independently develop integrations ensure operational independence. The ASOUP core implementation program includes the establishment of competence centers for each railway, ensuring independence in user support and participation in system development management.
5 /
How is the system adapted to a specific railway?
The system allows business logic to be configured without software development, supports decomposition of processes into atomic operations, and can be adapted to local regulations and operational practices.
6 /
What interoperability capabilities does the system provide?
The platform supports both traditional (STDP, IBM MQ) and modern data exchange standards (EDIFACT, XML/JSON, REST, gRPC, RabbitMQ), as well as compatibility with OSJD messaging systems and EU specifications.
7 /
How is the modular architecture implemented?
The system consists of separate modules (TMS, wagon management, locomotive management, electronic documents), allowing implementation by process, department, or priority.
8 /
How long does system implementation take?
Practical experience demonstrates the possibility of launching a pilot project within 3 weeks thanks to the ready architectural foundation and compatibility with ASOUP.
9 /
How is smooth and secure implementation ensured?
ASOUP core supports phased implementation using Shadow Mode, allowing the system to be tested without affecting production processes. A secure transition with rollback capability and the use of existing tools is provided.
10 /
How are system reliability and performance ensured?
ASOUP core is built on a modern fault-tolerant architecture with support for horizontal scaling and distributed data processing. The system includes built-in monitoring and self-diagnostic mechanisms that help identify potential issues before they affect production processes. Managed updates, containerization, and deployment automation ensure stable operation even under high loads and growing data volumes.
11 /
Is the system ready for AI and analytics?
The system architecture includes support for Data Lake, AI/NLP tools, and Explainable AI for analytics, diagnostics, and decision support.
12 /
When is the launch of ASOUP core planned?
Development of ASOUP core began approximately one year ago, in April 2025. In 2027, we plan to begin the phased implementation process, with the first stage involving testing on real customer data flows starting in early 2027.
